Yoga is a part of life. The beginning of yoga by the I ndus-Saraswati civilisation was 5000 years ago in Northern India. In modern civilisation, everything is fast & furious. People are only taking work from the body but not giving the proper time to eat and rest. These things harm our bodies; if any diseases happen, people take allopathy medicine and do not do yoga.
