Importance of the Yoga

 Yoga is a part of life. The beginning of yoga by the Indus-Saraswati civilisation was 5000 years ago in Northern India. In modern civilisation, everything is fast & furious. People are only taking work from the body but not giving the proper time to eat and rest. These things harm our bodies; if any diseases happen, people take allopathy medicine and do not do yoga. Yoga gives our body peace, calms the body and prevents diseases so yoga is very important for our part of life.

This picture is showing a different kind of yoga, all related to our health system. A few years ago there is no importance of yoga. Baba Ram dev has started telling about yoga to the people, started a show on a News channel then people came to know. Nowadays people understand yoga's importance. In cities, yoga classes started, people doing yoga and also celebrities are doing yoga to a fit. The government also initiated Yoga. Universities are opening diploma courses on yoga because they understand the importance of yoga. In the coming day, these diploma courses also will give job opportunities in the Yoga sector to the student.
